Once ordered, you item should ship out between 1-3 business days. Custom orders will take approximately 1-2 weeks to make, if supplies has to be ordered. Otherwise, it will take 3-5 business days. Please double check your shipping address before checking out. I use USPS as my shipping carrier. 

You can return your item within a week of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your item for a full refund. Refund will be given when item is received. After that week, no refunds unless otherwise discussed based on the situation.

The first repair within 3 months is free. Anytime after the 3 months/after the first repair is $5 per repair. Note: repairs are for my individual pieces. 

All bracelets are made to fit a medium to large woman's wrist, about 7 1/2 to 8 inches. All bracelets can be resized to fit your wrist, free of charge, just let me know the size of your wrist and I'll adjust accordingly. You can measure the size of your wrist by using a measuring tape and recording how many inches it is around your wrist. Please let me know before shipment that you would like to size your jewelry. If you decide to size your jewelry after, you will have to pay for the shipping to me.
